How to breathe through manic Mondays

Female entrepreneurs, I’ll be honest with you…I’m nervous today! I’m feeling a little bit of imposter syndrome as I launch the first onboarding session for our inner circle program. But the truth is, there are many tricks you can use to overcome this. And I’d like to share one of those with you today.

This is something I learned from a wonderful coach, colleague, and mentor of mine, and that is….the difference between being nervous and excited is breath.
