Small business are part of the soul of our communities.
They create so much value, not just through the jobs they create, but through the products and services they provide. They know what we as consumers want, because they are us! And they create beautiful opportunities for us to connect and create together.
That’s why I want to encourage you to support those small businesses over the next few weeks. Of course, if you have shopping left to do for the Holiday Season, it would be great to find those interesting, one-of-a-kind gifts locally. But you can also support those wonderful businesses in your neighborhood without spending a dime.
I’d ask you to consider doing any one of the following:
✅ Share a post from a local business
✅ Write a comment on their post and tag a friend (or 6!)
✅ Write a review if you’ve visited, or purchased
✅ Give a small business a “shout out” on your social media
All of these things cost nothing to do, and I can tell you as a small business owner myself, they are worth their weight in gold!
So what do you think? Is there anything that I missed on this list? What have you done to support small business in your local area? Share below so we can all do it!
