Warning! Business Planning Can Cause Manic Mondays!

It’s Q4 and that means that entrepreneurs and businesses owners everywhere are already thinking about 2022. But how do you plan when there’s so much uncertainty?

That’s exactly the strategy session I had last week with the newest member of The Inner Circle group program. She’s found it really hard to even THINK about next year with so much uncertainty.

So instead of focusing on the financials and metrics, we focused on her intentions. What does she want to create next year? How does she want to feel, in her business and personal life? What kind of leader does she want to be? What does she want her clients to experience?

All of these questions helped her to feel more open and ready to explore what’s possible for her, and her business, next year. Now she’s excited to dig into her business plan!

She’s also really keen to leverage the collective wisdom of the other amazing women in The Inner Circle, to help her find innovative new solutions, different perspectives and solve those problems, just like her business planning, that have been keeping her up at night. She’s pumped to get started on November 1st!
