Have you ever been in the moment where you’re thinking about doing something really exciting, but really terrifying all at the same time? You know it is going to be really awesome, but there’s just that tiny little voice inside that says “this could be a trainwreck”. Yup. I’m totally having that moment!

High Voltage Coaching is about to undergo a transformation in the next couple weeks and I’m totally freaking out! This is such a big move for me, and I’m so excited to share it with you, but it’s also such a big stretch. So this morning, my Manic Monday video is all about approaching that thing that scares you, what to do when you get there, and how to move through it.
